Avoiding Bad Situations

Do you feel like bad situations follow you around? Have you been in negative circumstances, only to realize you could have controlled them?

Sometimes we become accustom to things and people that attempting to change them seems wrong. Don't willingly step into something you've already seen play out badly. That may mean turning down an invitation or two, but you're worth it. Do not allow yourself to be led toward mishaps.

Examine your actions. That doesn't mean it's your fault, but take responsibility for the part you play. Perhaps, you already know how a relative or friend will react during an event or to a person. Do you get mad when they stay true to form? If so, walk in the opposite direction instead of embracing misfortune. Choose to participate in good things.
