Good Company

Keeping good friends are important because the company you keep can influence your state of mind. Take a moment and think about your group. Are they nurturing and supportive of each other? Or, maybe you’re a go-getter whose chosen circle doesn't appreciate less time between meetings. There are different levels of friendship, but your closet circle must be picked wisely.

The people you spend the most time with can have a great impact on your way of thinking. Your mind is a powerful tool. Protect it by casting negativity aside. Surround yourself with people that represent positive qualities like love, respect and support.

While looking at your buddies traits, don’t forget to examine your own. Your characteristics matter just as much as theirs. Don’t forget that you are an imperative part of the friendship too.
